WE PREPARE YOUR PARCELS…

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. If you are a France (mainland only) resident, we offer you complimentary Colissimo shipping. For all other countries, delivery fees will be calculated at check-out.

We commit to prepare your order within 24 hours. Delivery times are estimated based on the carrier and depend on the destination. That way you can choose the best option for you and enjoy Hermetica as fast as possible.

Colissimo : Colissimo delivers your order between 8 am and 6pm at the address indicated during the purchase. You can track your order using the identification number received once the package is shipped: https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/suivre-vos-envois
If you are not there at the time of the delivery, a notification will be left at the address and you can then schedule a second delivery or pick up the parcel from the post office, where it will be kept for 15 days. Please note that Hermetica is not liable for any strikes, bad weather or any other emergency cases that would cause delivery delays.
DHL: we will need your signature, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where you are available to receive the parcel. The order can be tracked using the identification number given when the package is shipped. Customs duties and other local taxes may be required, please note that Hermetica is not liable for any fees or delays occurring due to this.

NOT YET FALLEN IN LOVE? WE ACCEPT RETURNS

We accept returns for all our unopened products (with the exception of the sampling kits) up to 28 days after reception of the parcel. Upon receipt of your order, please use the sample included in your order to try your fragrance to avoid opening the full size purchased product.

We can only accept returns if the protective sealing is fully intact and the product in perfect condition. We reserve the right to deny returns if the products show signs of opening and/or use.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Hermetica warehouse. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at your own expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days upon the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or custom taxes will not be refunded, neither will shipping costs.

Please note that we don't accept returns at physical Hermetica point of sales for products that have been purchased on Hermetica Site. Exchanges are not available. To request a return, please contact contact@hermetica.comcontact@hermetica.com
